As for Europe, if you would like us to clear Import Duty and VAT for you in advance, the shipping status will NOT be updated until the shipment lands in the UK or Germany or Netherlands.

2. Checkout & Payment
- Review the Cart Page and click on CHECKOUT. Enter your shipping details and contact information.
- Select your payment option & Checkout
If you select PayPal and click "Complete order", you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase where you can still pay via your debit or credit card. (NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED).
3. Order Confirmation
You'll get a confirmation email including ordered doll details and shipping details.
4. Production In Process
Please allow 3-10 working days for your doll production to complete. We will always keep you updated your doll production status.
5. Your Doll Ready
Your doll completed photos will be emailed for your final confirmation. Once approved we'll ship out to you. (Normally 3-7 working days for Shipping. Typically by FedEx, UPS, DHL.)
6. Shipping & Tracking
You will receive the tracking number normally in 1-2 business days. Keep an eye on your package's tracking number. You can track it on the shipping carrier website or on our website.
7. Delivered!

Fairdolls works hard to make sure you get the best possible sex doll available. Every single doll will be visually inspected from head to toe before we give our approval for her to come home to you. Our diligence on inspection for quality and accuracy before she leaves the factory cuts mistakes and defects to nearly zero. Your doll actual photos will be sent to you for confirmation once it's completed. She doesn't leave until she's approved.

How does it work?
1. Inspect your love doll from head to toe as soon as possible after her arrival.
2. If you find there is a mistake in your order or a significant defect in your love doll, report it to us within 24 hours of receipt at with your order number, well lit, good quality photographs and/or video that support your claim along with the details of the issue. We will respond within 24 business hours guaranteed, and we'll take it from there.
3. If you feel a replacement/return may be in order, do not use your doll. To be eligible for a replacement/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Keep her in a new and unused condition, with the box and all the packing materials. We can not replace/return anything that has been used (and they are tested upon return, so we'll know). However, we will still do everything we can to make the issue right for you, guaranteed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
